【摘要】 目的评价宁夏卫生事业几项主要指标的发展趋势。方法以自治区财政支出为参照序例，以主要卫生资源为比较序例，运用灰色系统理论建立的灰色关联分析方法，利用Ｂａｓｉｃ程序，在微机上运行计算其灰色关联度。结果卫生机构和每千人口卫技人员平稳增长，卫生事业费增长低于财政支出增长，而其中人员经费增长幅度远远高于其它各项指标。结论一方面应保证卫生事业费用适度增加，注意内部结构变化；另一方面应从内涵上求效益、求发展更多还原

【Abstract】 bjectives To asses the main factors′ development trends of sanitation work in Ningxia.Methods The grey system theory was used to analyze the grey correlation degree on a computer,the financial expenditure of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was used as the reference sequence and the main sanitation resources as compared sequence.Results The numbers of sanitation bureaus and individuals working on sanitation per thousand people increased steadily,the increase of expenditure on sanitation work was lower than that of the total financial expenditure,and the increase of individual′s fare was much higher than that of other factors.Conclusions The financial fare needed on sanitation work should be ensured with a proper increase.On the other hand,sanitation work should adjust its internal structures in order to get more benefit and more rapidly development.更多还原
