【摘要】 目的观察报告叶状一段式钛牙种植体修复部分牙缺失的临床效果。方法对本院１９９３～１９９６年接受叶状一段式钛牙种植的患者７９例１０８枚牙种术后作种植记录卡片，并于术后１周、１月、２月、３月、６月及每间隔一年定期复查植体周围骨质情况、植体的固位和稳定情况等，并作记录，最后进行统计分析。结果观察时间一年者１０８枚，成功率９３．５％；二年者４２枚，成功率９２．９％；三年者１８枚，成功率８８．９％。结论叶状一段式钛牙种植义齿作为一种新的修复方法，其近期疗效是理想的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study is to observe the clinical result of repairing dental partial defect with Leafy Titanium as one sectioned Tooth-Implant.Methods To record the condition of implantation of 79 cases (108 teeth),it is followed up that the bones arround the implants,the fixation and stabilization of the implants at 1 weed,1,2,3,4 months after operation and at an interval of one year. Results After 1,2 ond 3 year′s observation,the success rate are 93.5%.(1 year,108 teeth),92.9%(2 years,42 teeth) and 88.9%(3 years,18 teeth).Conclusion It indicates that Leafy Titanium as one sectioned Tooth-Implant′s short-term effect is ideal as a new repairing method.更多还原
