大鼠支持细胞雄激素结合蛋白mRNA水平的生后变化
The changes of androgen binding protein mRNA level in rat testis after birth
【摘要】 本文对大鼠睾丸支持细胞雄激素结合蛋白mRNA水平的生后变化进行了动态观察。研究表明,大鼠生后2天睾丸支持细胞即具有表达雄激素结合蛋白的能力。以后随着日龄的增长,ABPmRNA水平轻度减少。进入青春期以后,ABPmRNA水平开始增加,于生后25天达到高峰。随之经过一短暂低水平后,支持细胞ABPmRNA水平于出生40天之后再次缓慢升高。
【Abstract】 he androgen binding protein (ABP) mRNA levels in rat testis between 2~60 days after birth were investigated by RNA analysis method. We found that the sertoli cells already had the ability to express ABP mRNA just two days after birth, then the ABP mPNA level decreased progressively till days 10. In the prepuberty and puberty, the expressional level of ABP mRNA increased rapidly and reached its amplitude at days 25. Later on, it rised slightly again after days 40.
