发动机气门—气门应强化磨损模拟试验机及其试验方法研究
An Uprated Wear Simulation Tester for Engine Valve & Valve Seat and Its Testing Procedure
【摘要】 介绍了一种新的气门—气门应强化磨损模拟试验机及其相应的试验方法,该试验机采用了近似模拟工况的原理且试验时各因素(温度、腐蚀气氛、加载力和加载频率等)独立可控和数据自动采集。基于材料磨损机理,讨论了气门—气门应强化磨损模拟方法设计准则及主要参数对试验结果的影响。试验与实际发动机中气门磨损形态的一致性表明:文中所介绍的试验机及相应的试验方法可有效地对发动机气门—气门应进行快速强化磨损试验。由于试样采用产品样品,因此,试验评价结果可直接应用在工程中。
【Abstract】 An uprated wear simulation tester for engine valve & valve seat and its testing procedure have been presented in this paper. The principle of operating condition simulation has been adopted and the parameters such as temperature, corrosion atmosphere, loading force freguency and etc. can be independently controlled and automatically collected. Based on the wear mechanism of material, the design principle and the main parameter effect on the test results have been discussed. The results show that this tester and its procedure can effectively do the quick wear test for engine valve and valve seat. As specimens are used for test, the results of assessment can be directly used to the application.
