焦炉燃烧室-炭化室传热过程数学模型

【摘要】 建立了两个相邻炭化室和一对立火道的加热过程数学模型,其中炭化室内煤料的传热按导热过程处理,燃烧室内辐射传热用区域法求解。并对火道温度的模型计算结果进行了实测验证,结果表明两者吻合较好。

【Abstract】 A mathematical model for coke oven heating including a couple of verticalflues and two adjacent chambers were presented. The zone method was used to compute the heat transfer process in the vertical flues while the coking process of coal in the oven was simplified as heat conduction. As compared with the data from the measurement, the predicted flue temperature variation during a coking cycle showed the same trend of concavity, but less fluctuation in quantity.
