单色蓝光和红光对烟苗叶片生长和碳氮代谢的影响

【摘要】 在辐照度相同的条件下,单色蓝光对烟苗叶片生长具有显著的抑制效应,可使叶片长、宽减小,但可促使比叶重和干鲜比增加,叶片加厚。蓝光处理的叶片叶绿素含量减少,净光合速率降低,但呼吸速率明显增强,可以促进烟叶的氮代谢,使叶片总氮、蛋白质、氨基酸含量提高,硝酸还原酶活性增加,转化酶活性降低;红光对叶面的抑制作用较小,使比叶重降低,叶片变薄,叶绿素含量下降,叶色减淡,但可促进碳代谢的增强,表现为转化酶活性高,叶片总碳、还原糖含量高,而氮代谢化合物含量下降,C/N值明显增加。

【Abstract】 Under the conditions of same irradince,the blue light had significant retarding effect on leaf growth of tobacco seedling,but could increase the specific leaf wight and the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight,making the leaf thicker. The blue light decreased the content of chloroghyll and the net photosynthetic rate,but significantly increased the respiratory rate. It could strengthen the N metabolism,making the contents of total nitrogen,protein,amino acid,and the NR activity higher.Red light had less retarding effect on leaf growth,but made the specific leaf weight lower and the leaf thinner.Red light could decrease the content of chlorophyll,make the leaf colour lighter,increase the invertase activity,net photosynthetic rate,total carbon content, and reduce sugar contents and the C/N,indicating a higher C metabolism and lower N metabolism.
