初均速法对维生素B2溶液的动力学研究
KINETIC STUDY OF VB2 SOLUTION BY INITIAL MEAN VELOCITY METHOD
【摘要】 目的:对VB2溶液(pH=70)进行了水解动力学研究。探讨预测药物有效期的简化方法—初均速法对VB2的可信度。方法:利用加速试验的两种方法—经典恒温法和初均速法。结果:经典恒温法测定的活化能Ea=13603KJ/mol,有效期t25℃09=380026h.初均速法的Ea=14080KJ/mol,t25℃09=39182h.结论:近似的初均速法所得结果与经典恒温法非常接近。此法对于预测VB2溶液(pH=70)的t25℃09是适用的,且简单易行
【Abstract】 Objective:To study VB2(pH=7) using hydrolytic kinetics and achieve the period of validity of VB2(pH=7)by simple method initial mean velocity method.Methods:Using accelerated tests of classical isothermal method and initial mean velocity method.Results:Classical isothermal method activation energy Ea=136.03KJ.mol-1,period of validity t25℃0.9=38002.9h.initial mean velocity method.Ea=140.80KJ.mol-1, t25℃0.9=39182h.Conclusion:The results are closed.The period of validity (t25℃0.9)of VB2(pH=7)can be calculated by the initial mean velocity method.
