五种落叶松种子裂解气相色谱的鉴别
Identification of Seeds of Five Speciesof Larix Mill by Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 探索了裂解气相色谱法作为落叶松种子分类表征方法的可能性,对5种落叶松及10个不同产地的兴安落叶松种子的裂解气相色谱图,用分区编码法进行区别.分析结果表明:5种落叶松都有各自的编码;它们之间至少有一个区位编码不同;10个不同产地兴安落叶松未能全部分开.通过数值分析可将其划分为4个类群
【Abstract】 The possibility of pyrolysis gas chromatography (PGC) method as a tool of seeds of Larix Mill identification are dealed.The chromatograms of seeds of 5 species of Larix Mill and 10 different places of Larix gmelini (Rupr) Rupr are areacoding.The results showed that different species have areacoding themselves and differ from other at least in one mark number.The seeds of different places of Larix gmelini (Rupr) Rupr are not differed from.They are divided into 4 type by numerical analysis.
