【Abstract】 The solution growth technique for the preparation CdS thin films is introduced.Using this method can obtain pale yellow CdS thin film on glass substrate with mixed Cubic and Hexagonal phase and the films show ntype and hige resistivity.Its show hige tansmissivity in visible spectal range.The film are heat treated in different condition and the effection of heat treated to preperties of the films are studied.更多还原
