氢化物发生原子荧光法测定人发中微量硒

【摘要】 探讨了用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法对人发中微量元素硒的测定条件,发样经混合酸(HNO3-HClO4)消化分解,在6mol·L-1HCl介质中保证Se(Ⅳ)的状态,以使发生氢化物,确保硒原子的荧光强度.在优选的仪器条件下,以0.5%KBH4作还原剂,测定荧光强度If而计算出相应的硒含量.经实验认为硒浓度在0~0.120μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律,方法检出限0.42ng/ml,按加样体积计算最低检出量0.84ng.用硒标准物质验证方法的可靠性,其精密度、准确度均符合痕量分析要求.用该方法进行了122份人发的测定,实验表明,该方法有较高灵敏度,简便、快速、准确

【Abstract】 The condition of determination of Se in human hair with HG-AFS was invistigated.The hair samples were desolved in the mixed acid (HNO 3-HClO 4).The concentration of HCl in the medium was 6 molL -1 so that the state of Se(Ⅳ) was ensured.Thus,the hydride of Se could be generated and the fluorescent intensity of Se was ensured.In the optinium apparatus condition and 0.5% KBH 4 as reducing agent,the fluorescent intensity was determined and the content of Se was counted.The experiment proved that 0 ̄0.120 μg/ml concentration of Se fitted into Beyer′s law.The mininium detection concentration was 0.42 ng/ml.The mininium detection magnitude is 0.84 ng in the added sample volume.The reliability of the method was checked using the standard matiaral of Se.Both of the precision and accuracy were suitable to microanalysis.The method was sensitive,simple and accurate through determination of Se in 122 of human hair.
