二苯乙烯荧光蓝-S荧光猝灭法测定茶叶中的微量铁(Ⅲ)
Fluorescence Quenching of StilbenefluoblueS for the Determination of Trace Iron(Ⅲ)
【摘要】 研究了二苯乙烯荧光蓝-S荧光猝灭测定微量铁(Ⅲ)的实验条件,在pH5.9的HAc-NaAc-NH4Ac缓冲溶液中,试剂的最大激发波长λex=370nm,最大荧光发射波长λem=450nm;Fe(Ⅲ)与试剂生成的1∶3的配合物使试剂的荧光强度减弱;利用荧光猝灭法测定微量铁(Ⅲ),线性范围为0~0.4μg/10ml,方法用于测定茶叶中的微量铁(Ⅲ),结果满意
【Abstract】 Iron(Ⅲ) in tea was directly determined by using of fluorescence quenching of stilbenefluoblueS(2,2′-Disulfo-4,4′-diaminostilbene-N,N,N′,N′-tetraactic acid disodium salt,C22H2ON2O14S2Na2).The maximum excitation wavelength of reagent is 370 nm and its maximum emission wavelentth is 450 nm in the HAcNaAcNH4Ac buffer solution at pH5.9.The formation of Fe(Ⅲ)stilbenefluoblueS complex which lead to the decrease of fluorescence indensity of reagent.The liner relationship is obeyed in the range of 0-0.4 μg/10 ml for Fe(Ⅲ).This method has been applied to the determination of Fe(Ⅲ) in five kinds of tea and the relative standard deviation is 2.2%-2.9%.
