【Abstract】 To finish the national “8-7 Poverty Reduction Plan”and provide enough food for the rural paoplo by the end of this century are the strategies decided by the Central Government and Commission of CPC. It is meaningful and a hard work to accomplish these strategies. The members of project researding gronp made in investigation to the poverty reduction situation to Keshiketeng Banner, studied the causes of poverty and presented the following resolutions: Firstly,Liberating thought and transfering senses. Secondly,improving the production conditions Thirdly, developing the processing industry based on the by-products and raw matenials of agriculture and going along the road of integration of trade, industry and agriculture.
