CIS/CdS薄膜太阳电池工艺探讨
PROCESS OF CIS/CdS SOLAR CELL FILMS
【摘要】 本文介绍了用固态源硒化法制备CIS太阳电池的工艺和技术关键.对如何提高CIS膜的附着性和降低表面粗糙度提出了一些看法和改进措施,并对各环节中造成电池串联电阻过大的因素进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the process and the key technology of selenization using elemental selenium to fabricate CIS solar cell are introduced. Some detailed analysis involving how to improve adhesion and decrease coarse degree on the surface of CIS film are given. At the end of the paper, some factors which may be affect the series resistance are indicated.
