【Abstract】 Crude proteins were extracted from blades and seeds of Xanthium silericum in different growth and development stage by using salting-out effect of ammonium sulfate of different saturations. The inhibitory effects of crude proteins on the growth of yeast, activity of ATPase and mitochondrial respiration were investigated. The results indicate that the inhibitory effect of crude proteins precipitated with ammonium sulfate of 50% or 80% saturation from ripe seeds is most remarkable.更多还原
