雄性水牛唾液中睾酮含量及其动态变化

【摘要】 采用放射免疫分析法测定雄性水牛唾液睾酮。结果表明,16头雄性水牛唾液睾酮的平均浓度为533.1±310.6fmol/mL。动态研究证明,雄性水牛唾液睾酮含量比较稳定,无明显的波动性;唾液睾酮浓度受唾液分泌量的影响。雄性水牛去势后唾液睾酮浓度降低(831.3±273.0fmol/mLvs253.0±97.2fmol/mL),注射睾酮后浓度又升高(305.0±111.4fmol/mLvs524.5±211.4fmol/mL)。提示唾液是瘤胃液中睾酮来源之一

【Abstract】 Testosterone in saliva of buffalo bulls was determinated by RIA. The results showed as follows: The concentration of testosterone in saliva of 16 buffalo bulls averaged 533.1±310.6 fmol/mL. Dynamics of testosterone of 4 bulls showed that the concentration of salivary testosterone did not fluctuate with time, and was affected by the volume of saliva secretion. The concentration of salivary testosterone decreased (831.3±273.0 fmol/mL vs 253.0±97.2 fmol/mL ) after castration while increased (305.0±111.4 fmol/mL vs 524.5±211.4 fmol/mL) by injecting testosterone. It suggested that salivary testosterone is an important source of rumen fluid testosterone.
