雄性水牛瘤胃内睾酮的检测及变化规律的研究
Detection and regulation of rumen fluid testosterone in buffalo bulls
【摘要】 采用高压液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了雄性水牛瘤胃液中的睾酮。结果表明,瘤胃上清液及瘤胃细菌菌体中均有睾酮存在。放射免疫分析表明,瘤胃上清液睾酮样免疫活性物质的平均浓度为63.9±26.5fmol/mL,且春季含量高于夏季(66.1±31.0vs23.2±16.5fmol/mL,P<0.05);瘤胃细菌菌体内睾酮样免疫活性物质为263.5±129.0fmol/mg,春夏两季之间无明显的季节性变化(298.2±158.7vs339.5±213.0fmol/mg,P>0.05)。3头雄性水牛去势后,瘤胃液中睾酮样免疫活物质含量降低(9.04±1.58vs7.55±1.24pmol/mL,P<0.05);去势水牛注射睾酮,其含量又有上升(8.15±0.99vs8.88±0.67pmol/mL,P>0.05)。试验结果提示瘤胃液中存在睾酮,其浓度变化与机体状况密切相关。
【Abstract】 Testosterone (T) of rumen bacteria and free microbial rumen fluid could be identified by HPLC. The content of testosterone like immunoactive substance detected by RIH in free microbial rumen fluid averaged 63.9±26.5 fmol/mL, and the content was higher in spring than that in summer (66.1±31.0 vs 23.2±16.5 fmol/mL, P <0.05 ). The content of testoserone like immunoactive substance in rumen bacteria averaged 263.5±129.0 fmol/mg , whereas no significance of seasonal difference was found (298.2±158.7 vs 339.5±213.0 fmol/mg, P >0.05 ). The castration reduced the content of testosterone like immunoactive substance in rumen fluid (9.04± 1.58 vs 7.55±1.24 pmol/mL, P <0.05), and the injection of testosterone increased that (8.15±0.99 vs 8.88± 0.67 pmol/mL, P >0.05). The results indicated that testosterone could be detected in rumen fluid, and the content changed with the physiological condition of animals.
