基于数据采集的变速恒频(VSCF)电源系统交流畸变检测研究

【摘要】 VSCF电源是飞机的关键部件,其输出电压质量必须满足军标.必须快速精确地检测出交流畸变故障。本文详细地介绍了基于数据采集的VSCF电源交流畸变故障检测技术。首先,详细阐述了基于快速傅立叶变换的检测方案和频谱混叠现象的原理,给出了采样频率选择依据。重点介绍了数据采集电路方案,采用8096BH单片机系统,设计出电气隔离及抗干扰电路;抗混频率滤波器;MAX120高速A/D转换器及其接口电路。此外还给出了交流畸变数据采集及处理的软件框图。实验结果表明,该方案的硬件电路结构简单,而且很好地达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 Variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) power system is the key unit of an aircraft.The quality of its output must meet the military standard.The fault of extraneous frequency must be quickly and accurately detected. In this paper, the technique of extraneous frequency detection based on data acquisition is presented.At first,the author discusses the principle of the detection of extraneous frequency based on FFT and the spectrum mixing phenomenon. Secondly, the basis of choosing the sampling frequency is given out. The project of designing data acquisition circuit is the key point of this paper.The project includes several parts:electric isolation and interferencefree circuit; mixed frequency; MAX120 high speed A/D convertor;8096BH single chip microcomputer system and its interface circuit.The software flowchart of the extraneous frequency for data acquisition and processing is also given. Finally,the project has meet the requirements for designing circuits.
