【摘要】 目的：介绍伽玛刀治疗三叉神经痛３０例。方法：采用１．５ＴＭＲ影像、Ｇａｍｍａ－Ｐｌａｎ定位和治疗计划，γ－刀（ＬＥＫＳＥＬＬ）治疗。治疗靶点在三叉神经感觉根桥脑进入区，用４ｍｍ准直器，最大剂量７２～８０Ｇｙ，５０％等剂量线限定靶点；颅底肿瘤１２～１５Ｇｙ治疗。结果：随访３～２４个月。疼痛１００％缓解占６０％，疼痛缓解＞９０％占２３．３％，疼痛缓解＞５０％占６．３３％，总有效率８９．７％，２例无效，１例５个月后复发。无效和复发病人经再次治疗后疼痛１００％缓解。全组病人无任何并发症。结论：伽玛刀是治疗三叉神经痛一种安全和有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce 30 cases Gamma knife radiosurgery for treatmeat of trigeminal neuralgia Methods: Localization and plan of treatmeat were made by 1 5T MRI images and Gamma plan dose planning system, LEKSELL Gamma knife was used treatmeat Target was localized in the sensory root of trigeminnal nerve entry zone of pons A single 4mm collimator helmet with maximal dose 72～80Gy was used, 50% isodose curve limited target Trigeminal neuralgia related to skull based tumor underwent treatmeat with 12～15Gy Results: The follow up ranged from 3 to 24 months 60% patients were completely pain relief (100% pain relief), 23 3% patients were pain relief more than 90% and 6 33% patients were pain relief more than 50% The overall effective rate was 89 7% In 2 patients (6 33%) the nenuralgia was unchanged 1 patients (3 33%) experienced recurrent pain at 5 months after pain relief, but these 4 patients were completely pain relief (100% pain relief) after second treatmeat by Gamma knife radiosurgery No complication occured in all of the patients Conclusions: Gamma knife radiosurgery for treatmeat of trigeminal neuraligia was a safety and effective method更多还原
