【摘要】 目的：为了提高深部脑肿瘤间质内放射治疗效果，寻找影响疗效的原因。方法：回顾性总结１３６例内放射治疗脑深部肿瘤的病例。结果：全部病人均得到随访，时间为１０～６９个月。全组１３６例中，其中１０９例为胶质细胞瘤，４８例死亡，死亡率为４４．０３％，死亡病例中胶质瘤Ⅰ级６例，Ⅱ级１８例，多形胶质母细胞瘤２４例。转移瘤１４例中，存活１年以内者２例，２年以内者９例，３年以内者３例，其余性质肿瘤患者均存活。结论：安放施源管的位置是否正确和内放射治疗的剂量设计和分布是否合理及肿瘤大小、恶性程度是影响治疗结果的关键更多还原

【Abstract】  Objective:To explore the factors affecting the therapeutic results of interstitial brachytherapy on deepsited brain tumors. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 136 cases of deepsited brain tumors treated with interstitial brachytherapy. Results:All the patients were closely followed from 10 to 69 months. In 109 cases of glioma patients, 48 died during the followup period (44.03%), including 6 cases of class Ⅰ glioma, 18 cases of class Ⅱ glioma and 24 cases of glioblastoma malformation. In 14 cases of metastatic tumors, 9 patients survived for 18 months, 2 survived for 27 months and one longer than 32 months. Conclusion:Location of the afterloading catheters,dosimetry of interstitial brachytherapy, the volume and malignancy of the lesions are the most important factors affecting the outcome of the patients. 更多还原
