【摘要】 目的观察米非司酮用于足月妊娠的促宫颈成熟与引产效果。方法147例孕39～42周的待产妇中117例给予口服米非司酮100mg，每日一次，共2天；30例未用药。对两组中72小时内来临产者再随机分别给予米索前列醇、催产素及蓖麻油炒蛋引产2天。结果72小时后，米非司酮组宫颈Bishop评分增加明显高于对照组（P＜0．01），临产率（36．75％）亦高于对照组（3．33％）（P＜0．01）。72小时内未临产的米非司酮组病例，配伍3种引产方法2天后引产成功率81．08％（60／74）；对照组55．17％（16／29）（P＜0．01）。尤以配伍米京前列醇引产成功率最高。服药反应主要为轻度恶心呕吐。两组产程、出血量及新生儿情况无显著差异。结论米非司酮对足月妊娠有肯定的促宫颈成熟及引产作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of mifepristone for cervical maturation and induced labor in full - term pregnancy. Methods 147 pregnant women at term (39 - 42 gestational weeks, cervical Bishop score<4, with clear indications for inducing labor) were randornly assigned into two groups. 117 of them were treated with mifepristone loomg qd for 2 days, after 72 hours no parturiency cases of two groups took misoprostol or oxytocin or ricinus oil meal respectively on 4th and 5th day, observed their cervical maturation, induced labor and labor process. Results Cervical Bishop score was increased significantly in mifepristone group in 2 day (p <0.01). The spontaneous labor rate (36. 75%) and successful induction rate (81. 08%) were higher than controls (3. 33% and 55. 17% respectively) (p < 0.01). The induction successful rate with mifepristone plus misoprostol was 100%. Side effects were mild nausea and vomiting. The labor process, bleeding and newborns did not show significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Mifepristone was effective for cervical maturation and labor induction. The better result could been achieved with mifepristone combined misoprostol.更多还原
