FGFR1’对细胞增生负调节作用的研究

【摘要】 首先以逆转录-DNA聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)从人肺成纤维细胞中钓取全长成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(FGFR1)和成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(FGFR1)cDNA,然后分别克隆入真核细胞表达载体pRC/CMV质粒中,将重组质粒pRC/CMV-FGFR1和pRC/CMV-FGFR1分别及共转染小鼠肌母细胞L6中,经3H-TdR掺入试验结果表明FGFR1对细胞增生起负调节作用

【Abstract】 The protective function of berbamine to immune system in the irradiated mice, and their antioxidative action were determined in the present study results showed that under electron microscope, the degree of morphologic damages on lymphocytes in both groups preventively used berbamine were slightly obvious than NS one, their index of thymus and spleens, the rate of lymphocyte transform, and the WBC count on blood were not so slow as NS groups. While in the same time, agreet improvement had been observed in berbamine groups. These fin dings suggested that berbamine had a good function on antiradiation and could prolongate 30d surrive rate of radiated mice.
