大掺量粉煤灰自密实高强混凝土
AUTOINTENSIVE HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE WITH LARGE DOSAGE OF FLYASH
【摘要】 研究了大掺量粉煤灰条件下,混凝土拌合物水胶比、用水量和粉煤灰用量对混凝土的流动性、自密实性及强度的影响.经试验证明,通过掺加高效减水剂,用优质粉煤灰代替部分水泥、砂及石子,以增大粉煤灰用量,可以配制出自密实高强混凝土.在高效减水剂与粉煤灰的共同作用下,混凝土拌合物的流动性可得到更大改善.
【Abstract】 The influence of water and binder ratio, quantity of water and fly ash on the flow ability, autointensiveness and strength of concrete is studied, when large amount of fly ash is added. It is proved by tests that autointensive high strength concrete can be made when an effective water reducer and good quality fly ash are added to replace some part of cement and aggregates in order to increase the dosage of fly ash. The flow ability of concrete can be greatly improved with the joint effect of super water reducer and fly ash.
