智能型采煤工作面计算机辅助设计系统

【摘要】 分别介绍了高产高效机械化工作面数据库、配套设备数据库、支护设计专家系统、技术安全措施专家系统和绘图程序库系统的结构和功能,综合以上系统形成智能型采煤工作面计算机辅助设计(CAD)系统的构成与原理,并给出了应用实例与结论.应用该系统进行采煤工作面设计,可自动生成设计报告及各种图件,使设计周期短,计算绘图精度高,劳动强度低,基本实现设计工作智能自动化.

【Abstract】 The structure and functions of data bases are described for high production high productivity mechanized coal face, for the associated equipment, for expert system of support design, technical and safety measures expert system and drawing program library. The constitution and principle of an intelligent CAD system for coal face are also involved, which has combined all the above mentioned systems. Examples and conclusions are given. This system can design a coal face, can make automatically the design report and all kinds of drawings. It is characterized by short design cycle, high precision of calculation and drawings,low labor intensity, and intelligent and automatic design.
