齿轮的渗碳盐浴分级淬火

【摘要】 材料为 20号钢和 20Cr的薄壁齿轮,渗碳后直接淬火极易导致变脆而发生断裂;一次加热淬火法可解决齿轮的脆性问题,但齿轮变形超差;渗碳盐浴分级淬火法可有效地解决渗碳齿轮变脆发生断裂和热处理变形,从而提高了齿轮精度。

【Abstract】 Thin-wall gears made of materials such as 20# steel and 20 Cr steel are prone to get fragile and cracked. Although the primary heat-quenching helps solve the gear fragility, yet the deformation is out-of-tolerance. The carburizing-salt bath-stepped quenching can effectively prevent the gears from being fragile and deforming, so that the accuracy of the gear is improved.
