热煤气中碱金属蒸汽的形成及清除方法
FORMATION AND REMOVAL OF GASEOUS ALKALI METAL OF HOT GAS
【摘要】 在煤气化或煤燃烧产生的热气体中,存在碱金属化合物,它们的含量一般比燃气轮机许可值高1~2数量级,为了确保燃气轮机安全运行,必须设法脱除。本文介绍了炉内脱除和固定床脱除两种方法。
【Abstract】 Gaseous alkali metal compounds can be formed in coal gasification and direct combustion of coal.Catastrophic hot corrosion of gas turbine hardware can be caused by alkali metal compounds.They must be removed before power generation by gas turbine. In situ removal of them and removal method of the grannular-bed filter are introduced.
