蜂蜜抗菌作用机制探析
Analysis on Anti-bacteria Mechanism of Honey
【摘要】 蜂蜜除具有营养与保健功能外,还具有抗菌治疗作用。我们通过对蜂蜜成分分析认为:蜂蜜的高含糖量、蜂蜜的pH及源于蜜蜂本身与源于植物的某些成分均具有抗菌作用,为医用蜂蜜的开发与利用提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Honey is a good antibiotic expect for function of nutrition and health protection, By analysis for composition of honey. We think that the higher sugar content, pH(40—50) of honey and some compositions from honeyself and plants all have effect of anti-bacteria. The paper provided theoretical evidence for development and use of medical honey.
