广义欧拉公式及带的滑动现象研究

【摘要】 通过对带的滑动现象分析,得出广义欧拉公式的拉力和应变两种形式,揭示了不打滑状态下带传动紧松边拉力和应变间关系,以及滑动弧内任一截面上带拉力和应变分布规律;并推导出带传动滑动率理论计算公式和效率计算公式。试验表明:试验值和计算值具有很好的一致性。

【Abstract】 Based on the analyses of the phenomenon of the belt creep,the tow forms of the extensive Euler formulae separately expressed with pulling force and strain are given.The relations between the tense side pulling force and relaxed side one and between the tense side strain and relaxed side one when the belt drive does not slide are given.The distributive law of the pulling force and strain is also given on any section of the belt creeping arc.The theoretic formulae of the calculation on the sliding rate and efficency are introduced.The test results are very well in agreement with calculative ones.
