【摘要】 目的：寻求防治肝纤维化的新途径。方法：在实验性肝纤维化造模的同时，采用针刺中医传统保健要穴（足三里、关元穴区），检测肝脏内肝小叶及汇管区的形态结构改变。结果：针刺防治组大鼠肝脏切片内肝细胞肿胀消退较明显，肝窦显露，提示肝内微循环障碍得到改善；同时，肝内病理性增生的纤维相对减少。结论：针刺足三里、关元穴区有抑制肝内纤维增生的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objcctivc In order to find a new way of Precaution and cure hpPatic fibrosis.Methods In the process of experimental hepatic fibrosis moulding, acupuncture of traditional Chinese medical points such as Zusanli and Guanyuan is adopted to check the change of the state and structure of hepatic lebule the portal arca. Results We find apparant decrcasing of swelling of liver cells through rat liver slice test. And the hepatic sinusoid is revealed, which suggests improvement of nepatic microcirrculation. At the same tim, apparan decreasing of fiber by pathologic proliferation within liver is found. Conclusions It proves that acupuncture of Zhusanli and Guanyuan points contributes to suppression of hepatic fiber proliferation.更多还原
