【摘要】 目的：为了探讨二维超声心动图诊断室壁瘤的价值及诊断标准。方法：应用Hpsonos1000型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，对17例急性或慢性陈旧性心肌梗塞并发室壁瘤的患者进行检查，结果：室壁瘤的好发部位较多，并以心尖区多见，17例中，心尖部位占7例，其余侧壁为2例，前壁5例，后下壁3例。结论，讨论二维超声心动图诊断室壁瘤的要点及真假室壁瘤的诊断鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the value and the standard of two dimensional echocardiography in patients with left ven tricular aneurysms. ways: 17 patients with acute or chronic myocardia in farction complicated with Left Ventric ular aneurysms were examined by Hp1000 sonos coiour Doppler ultrasound. Result: showed that cadiac a neurysme appeared in any areas of Left Vetricle, especially the pical areas. In 17 patients,7 cases in the apical areas,2 patients in the lateral wall, 5 patients in the anterior wall, 3 patients in the posterior wall. Through analysing, this artide concluded the diagnosis of Left Ventricular aneurysms, and introduced tLhe distinguis hment of the real and false ones.更多还原
