【摘要】 目的探讨葛根素（Ｐｕｅｒａｒｉｎ，Ｐｕｒ），磷脂（Ｐｈｏｓｐｈｏｌｉｐｉｄｓ，Ｐ）和乳化葛根素（ｅｍｕｌｓｉｖｅＰｕｅｒａｒｉｎ，ｅＰｕｒ）对家兔血液流变学及微循环指标的影响及Ｐ对Ｐｕｒ的作用。方法用血液流变测定仪和微循环监测仪分别测定正常组家兔，ｉｖ３０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１Ｐ、Ｐｕｒ和ｅＰｕｒ３０ｍｉｎ后血液流变学和微循环各项指标。结果用药组与正常对照组比较，血液粘滞度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间、纤维蛋白原含量及血沉等血液流变学指标均有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０１），并有扩张微动脉血管（Ｐ＜０．００１），加快微血管血流速度作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），三用药组之间比较也均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论Ｐ，Ｐｕｒ和ｅＰｕｒ均有改善血液流变学和微循环指标的作用，三者作用强度为ｅＰｕｒ＞Ｐｕｒ＞Ｐ，证明磷脂可增强葛根素的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Effect of Phospholipids(P) on improving rabbit’s hemorheology and microcorculation of Puerarin (Pur) were observed. Method 30 min after 30mg·kg -1 of P, Pur and emulsive Puerarin(ePur) was respectively injected intravenously into the healthy male rabbits, the indicates of hemorheology and microcorculation were measured respectively by the dedector and montorin. Result P, Pur and ePur improved obviously indexes of hemorheology,such as hematocrit, whole blood specific viscosity, plasm specific viscosity, whole blood reductive viscosity, RBC electrophoresis time, concentration of fibrinogen and blood sedimentation (P<0.01).P,Pur and ePur also bilated the bores of the arterioles (P<0.01) and accelerated the speed of the blood flow(P<0.01) in the rabbits’ mesentery microcirculation.Conclution The action intensity from strong to weak is ePur,Pur,and P can strengthen effect.更多还原
