【摘要】 目的：用胶束水溶液分离单糖，探讨pH值、CTAB、SDS水溶液浓度对分离的影响。方法：胶束薄层层析。结果：CTAB溶液浓度在0．004mol·L－1至0．006mol·L－1，SDS溶液浓度在0．08mol·L－1至0．10mol·L－1范围内，分离效果好。pH值可改变单糖的Rf值。。结论：胶束薄层层析法可做为单糖分离方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Monosaccharides are separated by thin Layer chromatography(TLC) with mobile phase of micellar aqueous solution, The effect of PH value in micellar TLC are discussed. Methods: Using micellar thin Layer chomatography. Results: Surface active agent CFAB concentration is 0. 004-0.006mol·L-1. SDS concentration is 0 .08-0.10mol·L-1 It’s separate effect was better than Other method. Monosaccharides’ Rf are changed by PH value.
