【摘要】 目的：本文研究了五种查耳酮的制备方法，查耳酮是合成黄酮类化合物重要的中间体。方法：苯乙酮与苯甲醛在氢氧化钠催化下进行反应。结果：制备了1，3-二苯基-2－丙烯酮（5），1－苯基－3－（4－羟基苯基）－2－丙烯酮（6），1－（2，4－二羟基苯基）－3－苯基－2－丙烯酮（7），1－（2，4－二甲氧基苯基）－3－（4-二甲氨基苯基）－2－丙烯酮（8）和（1－2，4－二甲氧基苯基）－3－苯基－2－丙烯酮（9），并经MS，1HNMR，元素分析确定为所标化合物。结论：苯环上羟基对制备查耳酮有重大影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obj~ective: Preparation of five chalcons are studied in this paper. Chalcon is an important intermediate to synthesize flavons. Methods: In catalyzing of sodium hydrate, acetophenone reacts with benzaldehyde. Results: 1. 3 -diphenyl- 2 -propen -1- one(5), 1-phenyl -3 -(4 -hydroxyphenyl) - 2- propen -1 - one(6), 1- (2,4 - dihydriyphenyl)- 3 -phenyl -2 - propen-1- one(7), 1- (2,4 - dimethoxyphenyl) - 3 - (4- dimethylamino - phenyl) - 2-propen -1 - one(8)and 1- (2,4 - dimethoxyphenyl) - 3 -phenyl - 2 - propen -1- one are prepared. Their structures are determinded by MS, 1HNMR and element analysis. Conclusion: Hydroxy in benzene ring has an gnat effect on preparatin of Chalcons.更多还原
