血浆NO和ET-1在内毒素休克进程中的动态变化及其与休克发病的关系

【摘要】 目的:观察内毒素休克进程中,家兔血浆NO和内皮素-1(ET-1)浓度的动态变化,探讨两者变化规律及可能的致病作用。方法:采用离子色谱法及放射免疫法分别检测血浆NO、ET含量并记录血流动力学各项指标。结果:内毒素休克过程中LPS组家兔体内NO、ET含量均明显升高,但两者动态变化规律不同,NO升高出现于LPS注射后两小时,随后进行性升高直至最后一次测量。ET-1升高迅速,至1小时已达峰,随后衰减。而Dex组家兔NO与ET含量无明显波动。结论:实验结果指出NO、ET是参与内毒素休克的重要体液因子,而两者变化规律不同可能与其生成机制和休克发生机制有关。

【Abstract】 Purpose: To observe the dynamic changes of plasma NO and ET-1 concentration dnring endotoxic shock in rabbits.Methods: 12 rabbits were divided into 2 groups. Plasma nitrate、ET-1 levels and hemodynamics during endotoxic shock were measured by ion chromatography, RIA and RM-6200 polygraph, respectively. Results: During endotoxic shock, in LPS group, the concentraions of hath NO and ET -1 in Plasma increased siedcandy, but their temporal dynamics were different. The increase of Plasma NO concentration started at 120 min ther endotoxin injection, then a progressively increases continued till its ho measurement. The plasma ET-1 concentration incrased much faster: at 60 min mp post- endotoxin, its plasma concentration had reached its peak level, then waned. Dex group’s NO and ET-1 level did not change. Conclusions: The results indicated that NO .and ET may be the important liquid factors and the different changes between these two factors may be concerned with their formation and the shock mechanism in endotoxic shock.
