【摘要】 目的：研究亚硒酸钠对荷瘤机体的免疫调节作用。方法：实验分别测定了亚硒酸钠+肿瘤组（Ⅰ）、肿瘤对照组（Ⅱ）和正常对照组（Ⅲ）动物的脾淋巴细胞转化率、ANAE+淋巴细胞百分率和免疫器官指数，并在光镜下对脾脏和胸腺的形态学变化作了观察。结果：亚硒酸钠可促进荷瘤机体的T淋巴细胞功能使脾淋巴细胞转化率和ANAE+淋巴细胞百分率增高；促进免疫器官中淋巴组织增殖，使胸腺和脾脏指数远高于二个对照组；其免疫器官的形态学损伤亦较轻。结论：亚硒酸钠可逆转因肿瘤生长而造成的免疫机能低下状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the immune regulative effects of Selenum in the loading tumor mice. Methods: In this experiment, the spleen lymphocyte transformation rate, the ANAE+ lymphocyte’s percetage .the immune organs indexes of thesc + tumor group(Ⅰ), the tumor coned group(Ⅱ) and the normal coned group(Ⅲ) were estimated. At the same time,the morphologic changes in spleen and thymus were oberved under the microscope. Results: Selenum has such effects tothe loading tumor mice as follows: Promotes T lymphocyte’s function; increases the spleen lymphocytes transformation rateand the ANal+ lymphocyte’s percentage; advances proliferation of lymph-organizations; raises the indexes of the spleensand thymus;However, the morphologic damages in immune organs were lightened. Conclution: The State of low immunefunction caused by the tumor grewing up,could be reverse by selenum.更多还原
