高温下法兰连接系统的紧密性分析
TIGHTNESS ANALYSIS OF BOLTED-FLANGED CONNECTION SYSTEM AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 通过对高温下柔性石墨复合垫片的压缩回弹特性、应力松弛特性和基本密封特性的试验研究,推导出高温下法兰连接的变形协调方程。在此基础上进行了系统的紧密性分析,并探讨了工程应用中泄漏量的预测和控制问题。
【Abstract】 Through experimental research on the compression-recovery, relaxation and basic sealing performancesof flexible graphite composite gaskets at elevated temperature, the deformation- compatibility equation of bolted-flanged connection at elevated temperature has been derived. On the analysis basis, the tightness analysis of the jiontsystem were conducted, problems involving prediction and control of the leakage rate in engineering were alsostudied.
