【摘要】 本文报告6例Galen静脉血栓,均有发病诱因。临床表现为意识障碍及尿便失禁（6例）,高颅压（4例）,抽搐或去脑强直（3例）,智能障碍（3例）,中枢热（2例）,偏瘫或四肢瘫（2例）,精神症状及不自主运动（1例）。头CT示双侧丘脑及底节区对称性低密度,MRI为长T₁、长T₂异常信号,急性期可见CT为高密度,MRI的T₁W、T₂W像均呈高信号的静脉与静脉窦血栓。经内科治疗3例死亡,1例痴呆、2例痊愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 We describerd six cases of thrombosis of Galen vein. Induced factor was found in each patient. The clinical presentation is as follows: unconsciousness and uncontrolled urine or motion(6 cases), intracranial hypertension (4 cases), tic or decerbrate rigidity (3 cases), disorder of intelligence (3 cases), central fever (2 cases ); hemiplegia or quadriplegia (2 cases)), psychosis and involuntary movement (1 case). CT demonstrutes low density area of bilateral thalamus and busal ganglia symmetrically, while MRI shows low signal intensity in T1 weighted image and high signal intensity in T2 weighted image. In the acute stage, thrombosis of vein or subdural sinus is hyperdensity in CT scan, high signal intensity in both Tl and T2 weighted magnetic resonance image. As to outcome, three patieats died, one developed dernentia and two recovered via internal therapy.更多还原
