渗透胁迫对小麦萌发生长及某些生理生化特性的影响
Effect of Penetration Stress on Germination and Physiochemical Characters of Wheat
【摘要】 采用聚乙一醇（PEG6000）渗透胁迫的方法，研究了两个不同抗旱性小麦品种对渗透胁迫反应的差异性。结果表明，渗透胁迫条件下，小麦的发芽率下降，细胞膜伤害程度和叶片脯氨酸的变化幅度与小麦抗旱性呈负相关。根系活力，活跃的根比表面积与小麦抗旱性呈正相关。
【Abstract】 The reaction difference of two different drought-resistance wheat varieties to PEG6000 penetration stress was studied. The results showed that penetration stress reduced the germination rate of wheat. The degree of damage of cell membrane and the change range of proline were negative correlation to drought-reslstance of wheat. And the root system ac- tivity and active root to surface area were positive corre1ation to it.
