森林防火鞋的研制
Design and Test of Fire Safety Shoes
【摘要】 本文介绍了研制多功能森林防火鞋(靴)的结构设计、专业性能设计、制鞋材料的阻燃技术和生产工艺。主要技术指标:1.阻燃性:制鞋材料橡胶、皮革和纤维织物的氧指数≥31;3.防水性:静态4小时不透水;3.防滑性:鞋底防滑系数0.15μ;4.防穿刺:抗穿刺力Ⅰ级(>780N)。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the structural design,professional function design,fire retardant technology of material and productive technology for forest fire safety shoes making were studied,The main qualifications are that (1) the fire retardancy:the oxygen indexes of ruber,leather and fiber textiles are more than 31;(2) the waterproof property:the watertight time is more than 4h in a static state;(3) the anti-skid property:the anti-skid coefficient of sole is 05μ;(4) the anti-puncture property:the force of anti-puncture can reach 1th level (>780N)。
