【Abstract】 On the basis of the survey on mechanism of forest transfer at the model township of na- tional mountainous area integrated development——Dashi Township,Chunan County,Zhejiang Province,the implementation,adaptabihty,merit and shortcoming.A variety of mechanisms of for- est transfer have been presented in this paper.Household evaluation has been carried out also. Some proposals are put forward on management scale,tenure pattern of forest transfer and adminis- tration after the transfer.The proposals are to further perfect the responsibility system in mechanism of forest transfer;to set up evaluation system,to fix on suitable management scale and tenure to maintain the legal status of contract;to establish organization for transfer;to strengthen the adminis- tration after transfer.更多还原
