Fas基因蛋白在人子宫内膜的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的:研究凋亡诱导基因Fas基因与正常妇女子宫内膜周期性变化的关系。方法:用免疫组化ABC法检测了40例月经周期各时限子宫内膜组织中Fas基因蛋白的表达情况。结果:Fas基因蛋白在增生期子宫内膜中的表达评分(149.2±87.8)明显低于分泌期子宫内膜中Fas蛋白的表达评分(251.8±63.7);Fas蛋白在增生早期子宫内膜中表达评分(210.0±52.9)明显高于增生晚期子宫内膜中的表达评分(99.5±79.8),(P<0.01);Fas蛋白在分泌早期子宫内膜中表达评分(260.6±66.8)与分泌晚期子宫内膜表达评分(244.5±63.4)无显著性差异,(P>0.05)。结论:Fas基因蛋白的表达可能参与了子宫内股的周期性变化过程。

【Abstract】 To study the relationship between the expression of Fas and the periodic changeof normal endometriun during the menstrual cycle. Methods: The Fas expression in 40 cases of noumal endometrium during the menstrual cycle was determined with immunohistochemical methods (ABC). Wilcoxon statistical analysis was peiformed. Results: The fas expression score was 149. 2 ±87. 8 in prolifertive endometrium, 251. 8 ±63. 7 in secretory endometrium; 210.0 ±52. 9 in early proliferative endometrium; and 99. 5 ±79. 8 in late proliferative endometrium; there were significantly statistical differences(P< 0. 01 ). The score in early secretory endometrium (260. 6 ±66. 8)was not significantly higher than thatin late secretory endometrium (244. 5±63. 4) (P> 0. 05). Conclusion: Fas expression plays an importantrole in the apoptosis of the normal endometrium durig the menstrual cycle.
