三倍体无籽枸杞新品种的选育研究
BREEDING OF TRIPLOID SEEDLESS VARIETY OF WOLFBERRI(LYCIUM BARBARUM L.)
【摘要】 宁夏枸杞(LyciumbarbarumL)为二倍体,含籽量多,不便于深加工增值。为了培育出向市场提供优质的深加工枸杞新品种,采用倍性育种的方法,成功地培育出了三倍体无籽枸杞。本文就三倍体枸杞的形态特征、生长结果性状、产量、千粒重、果实、主要营养成份、适应性和抗性做了较全面深入的研究,同时提供了配套栽培技术,即增加枝条短截次数,使用植物生长延缓剂(多效唑)和叶面喷肥保花、保果增加产量,使三倍体枸杞新品种的推广成为可能。
【Abstract】 Lycium barbarum L. is a diploid plant of many seeds, which makes it inconvenient in processing. In order to increase the value of wolf berry products, a new variety of seedless triploid has been bred. Apart from the characters of mophology, growth, development and yielding, other features are also described such as 1000-fruit-weight, fruit morphology, nutrients, adaptability and resistance. The corresponding technology of cultivation is recomended such as more times of pruning, application of pp333 to retard the growth and the spray of foliar fertilizers for fruiting improvement. Other scientific information is provided for the extension of this improved variety.
