高氟对绵羊铜吸收影响的研究

【摘要】 将18只绵羊随机分为三组,每组6只,Ⅰ组为对照组;Ⅱ组添加氟,饲料氟为61mg/kg;Ⅲ组加氟加铜,饲料氟为61mg/kg,铜为16.8mg/kg。试验结果:60天后,对照组全血氟为15.01mg/L,全血铜为0.92mg/L.全血锌为6.47mg/L;加氟组全血氟为22.13mg/L,全血锌为8.57mg/L,全血铜为0.63mg/L,与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);加氟加铜组,全血氟为14.45mg/L,全血铜为1.16mg/L,全血锌为5.29mg/L,与加氟组差异极显著(P<0.01)。加氟组中血氟与血锌、血硒成正相关、与血铜成负相关。

【Abstract】 Divided 18 sheep into 3 sections of 6 sheep each, Ⅰ group was contrast, Ⅱgroup was supplement F, feed F was 61mg/kg, Ⅲ group was supplement F, Cu, feed F, Cu was respectively 61mg/kg, 16.8mg/kg. The result showed that blood F, Cu, Zn were 15.01mg/L, 0. 92mg/L, 6. 4mg/L in contrast respectively. Blood F, Cu, Zn were 22. 13mg/L,0. 63mg/L, 8. 57mg/L in supplement F group respectively and were 14. 45mg/L, 1. 16mg/L, 5. 29mg/L in supplement F, Cu group respectively. Supplement F group was extremly more significant than contrast group(p<0. 01). Supplement F, Cu group was extremly more significant than supplement F group (p<0. 01). Blood F, Zn, Se was positive relation and blood F, Cu negative relation in supplement F group.
