食用羟丙基二淀粉磷酸酯的制备及应用
Preparation and Application of Edible Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate
【摘要】 研究了玉米淀粉的羟丙基化和羟丙基淀粉的磷酸酯交联,采用正交试验对工艺进行优化以确定最佳的工艺条件,此外还对改性淀粉在食品中的应用作了探索。
【Abstract】 The corn starch hydroxypropylated with propylene oxide and hydroxypropyl starch cross-linked with sodium hexameta phosphate were studied, the optimum technology was established, modified starch used in food was researched.
