【Abstract】 The features of rice microgrinding technology and the value of rice microflour were introduced. The total air volume and total resistance of air circulating system for rice microgrinding were calculated. It was shown that one set of fan and air circulating system could be able to fulfil material conveyance, classification and product collection while the equipment and material have been cooled.
