从废钒催化剂中回收精制五氧化二钒的试验研究

【摘要】 简要介绍几种从废钒催化剂中回收五氧化二钒的工艺流程及特点。对两段逆流碱浸—重结晶—煅烧新工艺进行研究。结果表明,采用新工艺制得的五氧化二钒产品质量达到国家标准。该工艺流程简单,原材料消耗少,设备要求低。

【Abstract】 Abstract Several methods for recovering vanadium pentoxide from waste vanadium catalyst and their features are described A new process consisting of two stage countercurrent alkaline leaching,recrys tallization and calcination was studied The results showed that product vanadium pentoxide obtained by the new process reached national quality standard The process is simple and has low material consumption and equipment requirement
