【摘要】 采用硫酸镍和氧氯化结为原料，以共沉淀法制备了xZrO2（3Y）（1－X）Ni（X的摩尔分数为0，10％，20％～100％）系列粉料。通氢DTA曲线结果表明，沉淀物只在310℃和500℃左右各有一个峰值；X射线衍射表明，粉料有Ni和t－ZaO2（3Y）二种成分。能谱分析表明，粉料颗粒均由二种组分组成。SEM检测表明粉体粒度均匀，平均粒径0．2μm。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gels with commposition of xZrO2 (3Y) (1-x)Ni(x=0%, 10%,20%～100%) wer prepared by using ZrOCl2·8H2O and NiSO4·6H2O as their precursors. Differential thermal analysis(DTA) showed peaks (310℃ and 500℃)were caused by the decomposition of gel. Ni and t-ZrO2 (3Y) wer confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).
