宝钢二期工程干熄焦设备内衬砖异常损毁原因分析

【摘要】 指出了宝钢二期干熄焦设各内衬砖异常损毁的原因是砖的热震稳定性差、荷重软化温度低。X射线衍射和岩相分析表明,内衬砖异常损毁的根本原因在于国产砖和进口砖材质结构的不同。

【Abstract】 The unusual destructive of bricks for Coke Dry Quenching Plant(CDQ) built in Phase ⅡProject in Baosteel is due to the low thermal shock resistance, and refractoriness under load of the bricks. The results of x-ray deffraction and petrographic study demonstrated that the essential cause of the unusual destruction of the bricks lies in the difference of the microstructure of the demestic bricks from imported ones.
