降低MH-Ni电池的内压提高电池循环寿命的方法
Methods of Reducing MH-Ni Battery Internal Pressure and Increasing Cycle Life
【摘要】 分析了MH-Ni电池产生内压的原因,通过对MH负极配方用粘合剂及合金粉制作工艺的研究,发现负极采用HEC及PTFE做粘合剂和采用热处理合金粉能降低MH-Ni电池1C过充电时的内压,提高电池的循环寿命。
【Abstract】 The causes of producing MH-Ni battery internal pressure were analyzed; binders for MH eletrode and manufacure process of hydrogen storage alloy powder were studied in this paper.It was found that MH electrode containing HEC and PTFE as binders and heattreatment hydogen storage alloy ponwder could reduce MH-Ni battery internal pressure when overcharging at 1C rate, and increase MH-Ni battery cycle life.
