【Abstract】 The formulas for necking calculations and the mathematical model in response to the law of stress change in deformation range, are established through the mechanics analyses of necking process happened in the conical necking deformation range. The effects of each of the individual factors in the necking shape as well as their constraint relationships are also discussed in the paper. The model and formulas can be applied to both the design and the production.更多还原
