【Abstract】 The method for abstracting tea-polyphenols from tea leaves using macroporous absorption resins was stuided in this paper. The resin with the best both adsoption and desorption properties for tea- polyphenol was found based on experimental data.. The tri- composed mixture of alcohol, ethyl acetate and water werechosen as desorption solution. The influence of the flow rate on adsorption and desorption properties was studied.
